Terms of service
Last updated 27 July 2026
The agreement between you and Infersia for use of the API and the console.
The service
Infersia provides API access to open-weight language models served on GPU infrastructure we rent from third-party marketplaces. We are not the authors of these models and make no representation about their outputs.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage under them. Revoke a key immediately if you believe it has been exposed.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not resell access without agreement.
Credit and payment
- Credit is prepaid and consumed per token at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of each request.
- Credit does not expire and is not refundable except at our discretion or where required by law. Unused credit is forfeited if you close your account.
- Prices may change. Changes take effect for requests made after the change and are reflected on the pricing page immediately.
- A payment dispute or chargeback will suspend your account and reverse the corresponding credit.
Availability
We publish real uptime figures and do not offer a contractual SLA on self-serve accounts. Our infrastructure runs on rented marketplace GPUs; individual hosts fail without notice and we handle that with multi-host pools and failover. Dedicated endpoint customers may negotiate an SLA separately.
Model outputs
Model outputs are provided as-is. They may be inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for evaluating them before use, and you must not present them as professional advice in any regulated field.
As between you and us, you own your inputs and the outputs generated for you, subject to the licence terms of the underlying model — which we publish for every model in the catalogue, because some (notably the Llama community licences) carry obligations that Apache-2.0 and MIT do not.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use policy, has an unresolved payment dispute, or is causing operational harm. Where practical we contact you first.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protections.
